I love the customer service at this hotel. When you first arrive the concierge Hugo and Eddie tell you"welcome home" this sets the tone for the kind of service that we received for the week. Every time you thank someone they respond to you with "my pleasure"! Miriam and Daniel provided the best customer service by the pool. They anticipated our every need and made our poolside service phenomenal. Hugo the concierge recommended the sunset dinner cruise Caborey. We asked if Caborey provided a wheelchair and Hugo offered to give us a wheelchair to take with us to the marina. This is exemplary customer service. The only thing that I recommend that would really help would be to buy a bigger wheelchair for your customers of size to use so that way everyone can use the bigger wheelchair and more customers are able to take advantage of it. Eddie also had great problem solving skills when we were not satisfied with our Los Cabos tour with Panchito Tours.

Estupendo hotel recientemente reformado, cómodo, limpio y con un trato por parte de sus trabajadores exquisito, 100 por 100 recomendable. En primerísima línea de playa y en pleno corazón del Arenal lo que te permite, después de desayunar su estupendo buffet, estar disfrutando de la bahía de Palma en menos de un minuto.
