False or malicious reports may give rise to the corresponding sanctions, without prejudice to the civil or even criminal liabilities that may arise under current legislation.
The management of communications shall be governed by the provisions of the regulations in force, in the aforementioned policy, in the Information Management Procedure and in the corresponding privacy policy.
