Cabot Hotels understands that the safety and well-being of our guests and employees is our top priority. We follow closely the guidelines of the Spanish Government and follow the guidelines of the relevant ministries.
Currently the Spanish Government, as well as others worldwide, has already initiated a de-escalation in the restriction measures and makes them more flexible as far as possible. Although the alarm status established by Royal Decree 7/2020 remains active and restrictions on mobility between countries follow. Measures affecting our hotel establishments and therefore our hotels remain closed until further notice.
What to do if you have a reservation with us?
1. If your booking is made through a channel other than your own website, you must contact your travel agency or booking portal.
2. If your booking is made through our direct channel, you can manage it directly on our website. And in any need you can contact us through info@cabot-hotels.com. Due to the volume of requests, please be patient if we do not respond immediately. I'm sure we'll answer you and provide solutions.
